So many projects and so little time. We are currently working on:
- Transplanting the tomatoes and peppers started at home.
- Building a support structure for the tomatoes.
- Harvesting eggplant (STILL), lemons, sweet potatoes, jicama, cilantro, sugar cane, oregano, and guanabana.
- Mixing adobe to reinforce the stairs.
- Redesigning the fire pit.
- Collecting rocks to reinforce the path.
- Adding nitrogen to the compost pile.
- Building an herb drying tower.
One day a week is not even close to enough time for all that needs to be done but poco a poco our paradise is becoming reality.
