- Security: Oceana is a gated community with 24-hour manned security
- Concierge: The concierge service will assure that you or any guests, will have personal assistance when desired.
- Property Management: Oceana provides property management services operated by Momentum. Should you choose to rent your unit, Momentum can offer you a full marketing and reservation system, as well as the ability to communicate with and manage guests. They also provide inspections, maid, and maintenance services.
- Parking: each unit receives two parking spaces under the building as well as a storage unit. Spaces have the option of installing an electric charger.
