Following Section 5 of NOM 247 in case of an accepted offer, and if the Purchaser requests a Due Diligence Period, the latter will have the right to request to The Inside Properties S.A. de C.V. doing business as The Agency Los Cabos, the information contained in the section as mentioned above including but not limited to– (i) Information of company creation The Inside Properties, (ii) Contact Information, (iii) Address, phone, and email, (iv) Letter confirming the right to list the property and or the right to contact the listing Broker to commercialize the Property (v) Property title, (vi) Information of any liens, if any, (vii) Financing conditions if available (viii) Construction permits, manifestation and other relevant documents including if available by aeller any plans and other specifications including any types of warranties, if available.
De conformidad con el Artículo 5 de la NOM 247 en caso de una oferta aceptada, y si el Comprador solicita un Período de Diligencia Debida, éste tendrá derecho a solicitar a The Inside Properties S.A. de C.V. haciendo negocios como The Agency Los Cabos, la información contenida en la sección mencionada anteriormente incluye, entre otros: (i) Información de creación de la empresa The Inside Properties, (ii) Información de contacto, (iii) Dirección, teléfono y correo electrónico, (iv) Carta confirmando el derecho a listar la propiedad y/o el derecho a contactar al Agente de listado para comercializar la Propiedad (v) Título de la propiedad, (vi) Información de cualquier gravamen, si corresponde, (vii) Condiciones de financiamiento si están disponibles (viii ) Permisos de construcción, manifestaciones y otros documentos relevantes, incluidos, si están disponibles por parte del vendedor, cualquier plano y otras especificaciones, incluido cualquier tipo de garantía, si está disponible.
Further. all marketing materials are not intended to induce a Purchaser to an error or mistake should the property be found in extraordinary condition. Prospective purchasers have the right to confirm all information in a visit to the Property.
Además, todos los materiales de marketing no tienen como objetivo inducir al Comprador a cometer un error o una equivocación en caso de que la propiedad se encuentre en condiciones extraordinarias. Los posibles compradores tienen derecho a confirmar toda la información en una visita a la Propiedad.
