Have you ever been to an opening of a hotel or residential development that no one has ever stayed in before? As beautiful as the construction and design might be if there has never been anyone living there it can feel, well, lifeless.
There are many factors to consider when pursuing the purchase of a Cabo vacation property. Often I am asked about oceanviews, access to swimmable beaches, on-property amenities, rental returns, and comparisons of prices per square foot. On occasion, I am asked about safety and travel time to the airport but no one has ever asked me about the energy of the property. Prior to working on-site at The Cape, a Thompson Hotel as the lead agent at The Cape Residences I have to admit that I rarely thought of it either. Not anymore.
Love is in the air, does it bounce off concrete?
At The Cape, a Thompson Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, there are so many happy life events that take place. Monumental events like weddings, anniversaries, engagements, birthdays, vow renewals, baby showers, and the like. Celebrations that are made with such powerful positive intentions that the walls of the property have no choice but to absorb and reflect.
Is The Cape haunted? No, of course not but there is definitely an energy that radiates throughout. That energy is so powerful that even though the building is primarily concrete, a building material that is often associated as being cold, the grounds always have a warmth to them that lights up the eyes of every guest and resident. No matter if occupancy is 90% or 40%, The Cape, a Thompson Hotel and The Cape Residences never feels “dead.”
Feel it to believe it
Don’t believe me? If you can’t make it down to experience the love for yourself, watch the video above from a recent wedding at The Cape and see for yourself.
