Casa Osprey is also known as “Legends Point” and is under contract with multiple offers. I have had this listing for a few years and it just goes to show that sometimes the market in Cabo can be fickle. As Cabo continues to grow, Legend’s Point will continue to increase in value as there are very few properties like this in town and none with the views offered from Legend’s Point. You can see the sunrise from Punta Perfecta and the fireworks on Punta Palmilla, with all of the bay of San Jose del Cabo in between.
