Campestre Membership Information
Golf memberships are for sale only to owners in Campestre and they must first purchase the Beach Club Membership. The people included in both memberships are the owner of the property, his/her spouse, and their unmarried children under 23 years of age.
BEACH CLUB
Price as of Summer 2023:
$15,400 USD + IVA Tax of 16% (lifetime membership)
Financial payment plan for the Membership: Down payment of 30% and up to 36 monthly payments without interest.
Dues:
For this year 2023, the monthly dues for the Beach Club are $3,348 pesos (Iva Tax included). The dues must be paid even if the members are not using the facilities.
GOLF CLUB
Price:
$33,500 USD + IVA Tax of 16% (lifetime membership)
You are able to make a 30% down payment and 36 more payments over the course of the year without interest accruing.
Dues:
For the year 2023, the monthly dues for the Golf Club are $11,848 pesos (Iva Tax included). The dues must be paid even if you are not using the golf course.
Benefits of the golf membership:
Some of the benefits you have as a member are a discount of 25% in the Pro Shop and a 40% discount in Food & Beverages, only if the payment is with a credit card. Access to the steam and lockers area at the Club House, and you have a golf calendar of activities for members, a preferential tee time schedule for members (7:00 to 7:30 am), etc.
For the past six years, there has been a reciprocal relationship with other Questro golf courses. The membership can be used in either Puerto Los Cabos or Cabo Real golf courses 8 times during the year (calendar year) where you will be paying only a cart fee and after your 8th time, you can get a discount.
