I remember the first time I visited Cabo in 2005 like it was yesterday. The Cabo of then is night and day different from the Cabo of now but it does hold one thing in common. Someone visiting for the first time, at some point during their stay, will think to themselves “I could see myself living here.”
It wasn’t until 2013 that I was able to move to Cabo full-time and my only regret is that I was not able to do it sooner.
Last week, I updated the bio to my agent profile on The Agency Los Cabos website, it now reads:
“Years ago, while on his search for the fabled “El Dorado,” Dane Posey stopped in San José del Cabo.
Legend has it that he took one bite of a locally grown mango along the sandy shores of El Pescadero and fell in love.
Nine years, one wife, one rescue dog, two children, and over sixty successfully closed transactions later, it is safe to say that most definitely “Pose Knows Cabo.”

Recently Angie and I completely updated www.poseknowscabo.com with an emphasis on having the most current listings and available properties. The market in Cabo is on fire and we are nearly sold out at The Cape Residences. My clients are moving money out of traditional investments and putting it into properties they can enjoy, earn rental income, and improve their lifestyle.
