The next big boom?
With all of the activity and change in Cabo I receive one question more than any other, where is the next best place to invest? Of course, I am a huge believer in the income potential over the next twenty years at The Cape Residences. However, if someone wanted to build from the ground-up, for the next boom look to the Pacific. The coastal colony of Cerritos, towns of Pescadero, and Todos Santos offer a way of life so tranquil and enjoyable that I am hesitant to share them for fear of mass over-population. Elias Calles
Named after Plutarco Elias Calles, a Mexican military general and politician, who was President of Mexico from 1924-1928, Elias Calles is a small community with stunning sunsets daily.
