Ownership perks

Homeowners enjoy 24-hour security, valet, concierge, in-residence dining, and on-site property management services. Residents can optionally participate in the full-service rental program managed by the hotel. This program has a proven track record of covering all operating expenses and earning a monthly return.

Owners also enjoy preferred rates (a 25% discount) on all consumption. Whether having breakfast-in-bed, drinks at the pool, or dinner at Manta by Enrique Olvera, owners receive preferred reservations and pricing. Of course, full access to all hotel amenities, including an infinity-edged oceanfront pool, a salt-water pool, Currents Spa, The Rooftop, The Sunken Bar, a fitness center, wellness classes, and world-class dining is at your command.

On-site Restaurants

The Ledge offers seaside casual breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every Sunday the restaurant features a delicious Sunday Brunch with live music. They also lay claim to the “World’s best French Toast”.

Manta, created by renowned chef Enrique Olvera, is open for dinner service and an absolute must. Inspired by the simplicity and elegance of the desert, Manta -designed by JSa Arquitectura and Enrique Olvera- was conceived as a black box that focuses on the views from one of the most desirable and secluded playas in Cabo. The name has a thoughtful double meaning: a manta ray which symbolizes the kitchen’s focus on seafood, while manta, the Spanish word for canvas, conveys the idea of freedom in artistic expression.

Open for most sunsets, The Rooftop at The Cape provides a unique vantage point of Cabo San Lucas and El Arco while live music, craft cocktails, appetizers, and dancing make for unforgettable nights.
