Art. 51. Commercial buildings need to be guided by all the Image Regulations, including in particular: a). They are subject to same five (5) meters height restriction. b). They are subject to the setbacks for view provided in the ” Restriction for Construction Location Plan”. c). They are permitted commercial signage, subject to approval of the ASC.
Art.52. The projects and design of commercial buildings must be pre-approved by the ASC.
Art.53. Commercial lot owners will pay a 20% surcharge on top of the Annual Maintenance Fees established for residential lots on the Annual Meeting.
